N.E.P. MASSAGE BY VALENTINA RIENTE

The N.E.P. Massage is the signature treatment of naturopath Valentina Riente, built around the body's most powerful regulator: the nervous system. Combining the precision of Shiatsu acupressure with plantar and auricular reflexology, it works along key reflex points to encourage the release of physical and emotional tension.

N.E.P. stands for Naturopathic, Emotional and Personalised, the philosophy behind every session. Each begins with a naturopathic assessment, allowing the experience to be tailored to the body's needs on that particular day. Guided by the body's energetic pathways, every touch is deliberate, drawing the nervous system into deep rest. As the body unwinds, breathing deepens, muscular tension eases and a quiet sense of equilibrium returns.

Available in two durations: 70 minutes (€280) or 90 minutes (€300). The extended experience begins with time in the sauna to gently warm the body and enhance the benefits of the treatment.

The Biocuántica Original Session is a 60-minute treatment designed to regulate the nervous system; release accumulated emotional tension and guide the body into a state of deep balance and restoration.
